At Punkravestore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative fashion pieces; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the clothing is unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
